Off To Malaysia 2!!!

Ok, I got off from the plane now and since I have like 6 hours to kill before my flight to Malaysia, I figured ill write another post! We weren’t given accommodation and when we asked why, they told us that they only offer accommodation to passengers that will be staying in Bahrain for 8 hours or more, so we got the story and now we are here on the benches. My mum is trying to sleep and im just going all over the place looking for a power cable as well as a wifi hotspot, unfortunately, up until now, I am not successful in any of the two missions.(sigh)

So there’s not much difference the last time I came here (in Bahrain), everything is exactly the same but there is more people this time, I guess. Most of them are tourists coming from I also don’t know where!!! They all look like they are from brazil or from somewhere like that, here is a picture of them waiting to get their accommodation from the gulf air counter in the airport.

Later on, then came a bunch of Indians, I dunno where they came from, but when they entered this lobby area, it was weird!!!

My mum is going to sleep for a while I guess and during this time I don’t think I can go anywhere else but sit here with her. And since im almost out of battery I guess I have to continue to search for a wall plug.

I will write more when I go upstairs to the duty free sections and I will post pictures as well!!!

Off To Malaysia!!!!

 

So I’m on the plane on the way to my University in Malaysia. Actually now im in the plane that will take me to Bahrain, and from there I will be taking another plane to Malaysia. But there is a huge gap between the time that I arrive in Bahrain and from time that I will be actually getting onto a plane and going to Malaysia.

This time I am travelling with my mother and I think this is the first time that the both of us are travelling together. But since this is once in a life time chance, I guess she also doesn’t want to miss it. So now as we are on the way to Bahrain, the plane is almost empty and it is only half full so me and my mum have rows of 3 seats at our disposal. This is sooo comfortable!!! I can get used to this!!!

So, since I get air sickness almost all the time, im going to stop typing and go to sleep in case I get uncomfortable. Anyway I will be posting just a couple of pictures that were taken from the aircraft. Sadly, I still did not get a chance to take a photo with the cabin crew!!! But on the bright side, I met up with one of the divisional managers from lulu, I met him when I was working there. Hw said he was going to the opening ceremony of the newly opened Lulu in Bahrain and that he was on a official journey!!!

Finally…Its finally over….

Its been like 2 months after my A-level exams got over and during these 2 months, I have been working in LULU, stood at one place for 12-16 hours trying to sell enough cash for my laptop. Ive been to China, and did some major traavelling over there, went to 4 states as well as Beijing where I witnessed the opening ceremony of the olympics live….bla,bla,bla….alot of things. Now the time for having fun and everything are coming to an end since i will be getting my results for real. I know i didnt do well in this exam, hell, i was watching a movie online the day before my exams!!! How well can my results be? 

But for me, that all doesn’t matter, what matters is that after 2 days i will be on my way to UNIVERSITY where i will be starting a new life, away from parents, away from alot people that i know, and just turning over a new leaf. I will be leaving on the 25th of August, and i will be arriving in Malaysia on the 26th where Uni representatives will be there to pick me up and stuff. Im soo excited but at the same time also very worried about how my mom will be taking the news of me getting bad grades for A-levels. So, now I’m still awake in the middle of the night thinking what I should do tomorrow in school and stuff. twill be going to school maybe at 8 am or 9, right after the assembly and right after the classes begin so that I will be able to get my stuff without much of a rush and everything. That’s about it for tomorrows plans and stuff. I asked one of my good friends to come with me but he refused, so I guess I will have to go alone, damn it will be hard.

I haunt been doing much these days. Just doing a little bit of packing and trying to get everything together. its so frustrating how al of of possessions have gone missing over the past few days. So I have to get every thing together before the 24th, thats when the final packing will be done.

Thats about it, everything is going according to plan up until now, who knows what will happen tomorrow!! There is a get together at the skating ring on sunday and i think i will be going for that for sure since it will be my last day in Oman.lol. I will be posting a couple of pictures over here on Monday and i will be taking down the entire process of moving from home to Uni in photos and words, and then keep it on wordpress!!! So keep looking at my blog for updates!!

Review Of The Hp TX2000 Tablet Pc

Sooooo, I finally found a little time to write about the amazing machine that I have been using all these days. Yes I am talking about my brand new Hp Tx2000 series tablet. I have been using it all these days, only letting go when I have to go and sleep. The machine is beautiful. Here are a couple of points that I really love about the Tx2000.

Size: The size is just perfect, its small enough to be ultra-portable and its big enough to watch a movie or play a game without squinting at the screen.

Weight: Although a lot of people say that the tablet is a little bit on the heavy size and very uncomfortable to use on the road. I don’t agree. The little extra weight gives it a sturdier feeling to the tablet.

Specifications: The specs on my tablet is simply amazing! My one has 3 GB of RAM, a 250 GB hard disk with shared nVidia graphics up to 128 MB. It also comes with a DVD-RW and Light scribe enable drive. It has 3 USB ports and all the other normalities. It also has 4 dedicated media buttons on the screen itself. They are the Quickplay, DVD, Screen Setting, and Screen Orientation buttons. On the top side are the Media control buttons. Play, Stop, Next, Previous. It also comes with a 2 Megapixel video cam for video chats. There are also 2 microphones built in. There are 2 audio out ports for easy sharing of music with a friend or loved one.

The beauty of touch screen: Everything of the laptop can be controlled by your finger or with the pen that was supplied with the tablet. The tablet is Wacom enabled and it can differentiate which of the two touch options are used. The tablet automatically stops receiving signals from your finger once the pen is within an inch from the screen. The supplied pen also has a ‘eraser’ side, which can erase the letters that were inputted using the pen tip. This makes the feeling more like writing with a pencil on a paper. Overall the feeling is amazing!!!

I could go on and on about the good points because this tablet is really flawless to me!! I did not find any downsides from my tablet and I’m sure that this is the best choice that I have ever made in my life and oh did I mention that the tablet was supplied with two pieces of battery? There was one 4 cell battery and then there is one bigger 8 cell battery. That is another plus point in my eyes.

My Own Laptop at last!!!

After months and days of continuos begging and related actions, i finally got what i wanted and got my own laptop!! Unbelievable!!! I got my own laptop again…this time it is one that i chose out myself unlike my old one where my dad was the one that chosed it… Well so now i have my own laptop and Im typing this post on this beautiful machine ryt now!!

My laptop is the new Hp tx 2000 series. Its the new wacom enable tablet pc with a rotating screen and all those totally rad features. Its amazing!! Below is a picture of it in use and on my desk.

The really amazing thing about this tablet is that it can almost recognize any type of scribble and interpret it into words. Thats really cool. No matter how messy my handwriting was, it could always interpret it correctly. That is really cool!!

Anyway thats it for now. I’l post more frequently now that i have my own laptop..and my next post about my laptop will be about all the features and stuff of laptop..soo check often…you never know when I will post it!!!
